About Us

The purpose of this Council shall be: to develop and maintain effective working (relationships) between Representatives of Federal Agencies and Educational institutions;

To facilitate the exchange of knowledge and results of experience among representatives interested or engaged in recruiting and employment.

To encourage the collection, compilation and dissemination of information relating to recruitment and employment practices;

To enhance the Federal service through the recruitment, employment and retention of high-quality people; and

To devise and suggest programs and procedures that will accomplish the above objectives.
